I work for a fairly large global internet company. I’ve been in pricing for 5 years and have been fighting for fair pay since my first year. I’m the most senior member and am the go-to person for everything. Reviews are coming up and I was hoping to have a specific salary target to present my manager with. My role is pretty unique so I can’t find anything similar on Glassdoor. I’m hoping there might be some former pricing people here! If it helps, it’s in NYC where the cost of living is a little higher than other places in the US, so I need that to be factored in.
TLDR: 5 years in pricing, basically holding the team together, need an NYC salary target to hopefully/finally earn a fair wage.
