Strange routing issues

Hey guys/gals,

I have a question for you, it has me and my lvl3 guy stumped at the moment. We just vlanned a network which previously was a flat 172.16.28.0/22 which we have configure into 4 /24's. We have VLAN 100/103/110 Infra, Workstations and Phones respectively.

One switch stack which keeps it neater and easier to maintain and we are using Aruba/Dell IAP's where we have VLAN 100 (Infra 172.16.28.0) tagged for management and then VLAN 103 (workstations 172.16.29.0)

We are having issues with wireless clients who are on DHCP reservations. For instance I have a client which's reserved IP is 29.210 which cannot ping the sites main MPLS router or get internet access at all. If i remove its reservation (Windows 2008R2 Server and allow it to DHCP an IP not set up as a reservation the issue dissapears. VLAN routing seems to be working fine for all LAN traffic, I can see 28.254 (VLAN 100 IP) and 29.254 (VLAN 103 IP) but cannot ping 172.16.28.1 which is the main router and default route on the switches.

Any idea? Thanks guys.
