Anyone here using Site 24x7 for monitoring and if so do you have it integrated with any type of service desk? I’m using it for a new project and it’s not bad at all but struggling to find a slick integration applicable for managed services delivery. The service desk needs to be cloud based and not ServiceNow due to budget :)
I’m testing their own solution which is ServiceDesk Plus and it’s ok but not MSP focused. Their MSP version is not cloud based.
