ISR 4331 Issue

I'm having an issue with a Cisco ISR 4331 that's stumping me. Roughly once a day at differing times we begin having issues where only some websites load, some sites only have partial content etc. It feels like an MTU issue to me. The only fix I've come across so far is restarting the router.

What kind of issue feels like MTU but is resolved by restarting a Cisco router? I'm at a loss as to what else I can troubleshoot to resolve this issue. I may try shut/no shut on the interface to see if that resolves the issue like restarting the router does, as my gut tells me this is an issue with my connection to the Comcast Ciena. I've reached out to Cisco and Comcast a handful of times to see if they see anything, but they don't.
