Upgrading our RADIUS servers

Hello,

I am working in a small ISP/MSP environment which provides private xDSL services to companies who have a lot of branches. We are upgrading our infrastructure and we were thinking of a replacement RADIUS server since the old one is really old and the company who provided the software no longer exists.

I have suggested to use Cisco ISE and the team got excited! However, I know that ISE licensing is very, very tricky and we may end up either purchasing the wrong licenses or over-paying for the intended purpose.

Can anyone help on what kind of licensing we need from Cisco, or at least suggest any alternatives for an ISP-type environment?

The requirements are :

A relatively easy GUI for an admin to create/administer accounts.

AV pairs for Cisco VRF (vendor specific attributes).

Static framed IP address.

SQL authentication.

Replication to a backup instance.
