Opportunity to work remotely/abroad in networking?

Hope everyone is doing well.

So I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, or even to have a straight forward answer but I thought I give it a try anyway.

Is it possible to work from home and also to be in a different country legally at the same time?

I'm a junior network engineer with a diploma and CCNA/JNCIA certs working in a NOC position in London. It is quiet good I like it. At my previous company I used to work from home which I loved even more. However it is in my plans to move back to my home country within a couple of years (Hungary). Now the economy there is really bad, I would probably earn 65% less at my current experience, but I really miss my family and friends there. Living there with my current salary would be a dream.

Does anyone know any areas of IT/networking where you can work remotely but live in a different country? I'm guessing there are could complications like tax, national insurance which I have not looked up yet. I have seen quiet a few network support roles where you can be home based, but what happens if someone moves to another country? Can they keep their job?
