Internet Speed Trouble

Hello,

I am having trouble with my internet speed at one of our facilities. The download speed is correct, but the upload speed is terribly slow. We are supposed to be getting 100MBPS Down/Up, but we are getting 100MBPS down, 2-3 MBPS up. We have a fiber circuit from the provider, which then terminates to two stacked Juniper switches. From there, it connects to our router. The provider identified a duplex/speed issue in their Juniper switches. They made a change, and now when I connect my laptop to one of the configured ports, I get the correct speeds. My problem is in the router, I believe. I tried changing the duplex/speed on the three interfaces on it from duplex full & speed 100 to duplex auto & speed auto. When I did that, it caused the whole router to tank. Does anyone have any ideas of why the router tanked, and what else I can try to alleviate the speed mismatch from my LAN?

Thanks a ton!
