We have some dell N2000 switches, and users reports no connectivity on some device. The jacks are under a raised floor and they have no access to it, so knowing the port number is not possible. Is there any way to find out which port state is up but with no mac address table entry? Only way i can think of is list the mac table and match the port state manually, but this is going to takes a long time. I am looking for the ports that have no mac add entry and do a shut , no shut and see if it fix the issue. Thank you.
