Anyone familiar with Intel' XL710 admin tool?

Hi Everyone,

I am working with an XL710BM2 controller, I am trying to establish a 'forced link up' situation towards the device on its other end. The goal of this is to have frames sent regardless of logical L1/L2 link condition. Ive done research into this functionality on Intel's datasheet for this controller, the documentation explains where to set this flag in the driver yet doesnt explain how and which specific utility to use for that let alone command reference.

Anyone had experience with Intel's admin tool to manage the XL710BM2 controller? Any help is appreciated.

The firmware version is 6.01 with 40GbaseKR4 Backplane configuration.
