zyxel poe12-hp injector with tp-link splitter doesn't work. Any ideas why?

As title says, probably I am missing/overlooking something.

Cables are ok, zyxel supposedly works, as well as the splitter but together the splitter doesn't power up (green light). I want to power another tp-link switch. Data goes into zyxel, poe & data out to tp-link splitter, from there data through cat5 to tp-link switch and power cord from splitter to switch.

Any ideas?
