What kind of cable is appropriate for partial outdoor exposure?

Hi everyone,

My company is planning to run a cable from our DC to a small shop that sits approximately 15 feet behind the main building. We're estimating no more than 200 feet of cabling (gross estimate). The cable will traverse outdoors in a conduit to the small shop. The conduit will be exposed to the outdoor elements for approx 30 feet. The conduit is not buried.

We're looking at getting an STP cable because part of the cable run will be near power lines in the building. We're don't believe a UV-protected cable is necessary (due to the conduit). The thing we're kind of concerned with is possible moisture in the conduit. We're wondering if the cables with gel-filled jackets will make a difference in this situation. I am also wondering if this is over-kill. Money isn't an obstacle but if there is no point, I rather save the extra bucks here and there.

Looking for others to share their opinion. Thank you for your time.
