Hello.
I would like to have a video conferencing server to use in rural area. The main purpose is to use this server in Telemedicine. Any advice would be appreciated. I previously know about Microsoft's Lync Server, but I think the project is not so active. I have also heard the Asterisk can do that, but I am searching for simplest solution.
