Static IPv6 DNS servers obtained from RA/DHCPv6?

I've noticed today that my work laptop had fixed DNS entries for IPv6 which originated from my WiFi at home.
I'm 100% certain that I never put the servers in there manually.

Is anyone aware if Windows (10) may copy the list of DNS servers which are obtained from either Router Advertisement or DHCPv6 to a static list?

RFC8106 gives some hints, but I am quite confused as I have never seen this behavior before.
