So, it looks like from reports that the Richardson data center for ATT is down because of a lightning related fire. This seems to have taken out all of the ATT internet services in the DFW area.
What would the protocol be there for getting people on line again?
I know my protocols for backup sites and rerouting my business but I've never considered what it would look like for ATT or verizon.
