Need help with an assignment !

Hello everyone! I have an Computer Networks assignment due in 2 weeks. I have no clue how to go about it.

I’m looking forward to complete it without having to purchase any hardware components (virtually).

Suggestions regarding software’s, methods to implement or anything else are welcome. Attaching the link for the problem statement below.
