Hi,
I'm looking for some advice, I've been away from the IT game for about 3-4 years. Previously I was a MCSA with certs for every OS from windows 2000 until win 7 gen. I worked as a network engineer, maintaining mostly mid size data centers with exchange. Did some basics with SQL but my expertise was exchange and networking.
Now, I'm coming off several major surgeries, bouts of depression and anxiety. I'm looking within the next 6mths to year gettin back into the work force. I've been following a lot since my time out, but I'm wanting recommendations on places to start getting back on track. Maybe free classes online, places to look that offer free and paid classes. Good route to take, would want to be back into similar work as I was before. I was always comfortable in server rooms and behind the scenes. Never has issues with people but I liked being the guy who made it happen the most not a face everyone seen.
What recommendations does everyone have? Links to sites? I want to start running through some self courses while I'm recovering.
One of the last things I was working on was my ccna but got hurt before completing it.
I did have certs from hp and Dell for systems repair tech and printers.
