In a perfect world, what equipment and vendor would you use for a new colo build out?

I'm looking at refreshing a colo with 4 racks of servers and putting in a 10G backbone and 1G access layer.

Assuming budget wasn't an issue, what would you guys go with? Cisco or Juniper? Spine leaf or traditional core/distribution/access architecture?
