Hardware Recommendation: Cheapest Cisco Router which support AES256

As the title goes,Can someone give me some pointers to identify a cheap Cisco router which supports IPSEC AES256?

I'm planning to buy it from ebay/grey channels. Budget of 300 USD.

Perhaps, Cisco 800 router family?
