Cisco FTD blocking and flagging Microsoft CRL as Malware?

Anyone else seeing this? https://imgur.com/pwWQEEJ

The CRL seems legitimate, http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/WinPCA.crl

Seems like a risk to be blocking this traffic.
