I am graduating soon with a networking degree and with a specialization in virtualization and data/storage. I am not very knowledgeable about the IT job market. My professors have worked in private practice and enterprise as well as teaching but not as a sysadmin in the school. He enjoys teaching the most. He has talked about the headaches that come with private practice. I have a friend that works in Amazon as a Linux admin. He likes working in a big enterprise because he gets to play with all the cool "toys".
A school looks enjoyable to me because its a little bit smaller but government funding ensures you get to work with the best equipment. So i was curious as to what the opinions of admins already in the market were. Thank you in advance.
