Want to transition roles.

Hello,

For you Network guys who transitioned to a more cloud role or DevOps.

How did you do it? What were you and what are you now? Tips?

I’m a network engineer and deep in Cisco UC/VoIP. I got certified in AWS earlier this year. I’m learning python and ansible now and I’m thinking of going for my AWS advanced networking cert. However on the job search getting reached out from people for a traditional network role or voip. Other positions they want more experience but at my current place they are not moving in a cloud or dev direction. Work at a multi campus healthcare organization.
