Radius over ipsec

Hello,

I've got a Windows server 2016 running NPS and everything works fine on the radius side. However, I would like to encrypt the traffic between the nps server and my controller (Cisco WLC) via IPsec. Would anyone be able to tell me if that can be done ? Thank you
