Need some assistance setting up a ipsec/gre tunnel on a 4431 over a Cradlepoint Cellular connection with a single static.

I have a new site opening and my ethernet vendor isn't going to make the opening date, I already have a 4431 on site which is part of our main infrastructure layout. They shipped me a Cradlepoint to use in the mean time. I'm trying to build out a tunnel to our datacenter to hairpin back into our MPLS network. They gave me a single static but I've never worked with Cradlepoints before and I'm not seeing any Cisco tutorials on this. Typically I order a block of /29 and just set the broadband router directly into a port on the 4431 with one of the /29 addresses and everything works but I'm trying to visualize this and just need some input.

So from searching I see lots of articles about a Cisco router and Cradlepoint actually having IPsec/Gre capability between the two but I'm not looking for that I want to use my router as the destination/source for the tunnel through the Cradlepoint. I have a Cradlepoint COR IBR600LPE device. My initial thought was to just put the Cradle in pass through and do a NAT inside and out on the interface on the Cisco, will that be enough or do I need to some more to get this?
