Navigating F5 BIG-IP web GUI using multiple browser tabs

This is such a dumb issue that...I'll admit, I'm a bit ashamed to be posting. But it's also a pesky one that I've just dealt with and am sure others have.

Whenever I use the F5 BIG-IP web interface (configuration utility), I like to open the different screens or config items in separate tabs (e.g. open a virtual server in one tab, open its corresponding profile in another, open pools in another, etc.) If I open those config items in separate tabs quickly, then the F5 seems to deliver the same page to me X number of times. So in the example above, instead of getting a tab for virtual servers, a tab for profiles, and a tab for pools, I'd get three tabs of virtual servers. However, if I open those config items slowly by spacing each tab launch by 10 seconds or so, then I successfully get three different tabs as expected.

How do I get my browser (or my F5) to launch each tab separately at my pace and not have each tab stomp on each other?

I've seen this before on other sites. I did some googling but didn't find anything solid.

Thanks
