NAT Translations Maxed Out?

Hi Team. I need your help check if this log if this means that our NAT translations are getting maxed out? There are 100s of small businesses in our area that are using this router for internet. We have 6 public IPs being used for NAT overload. There are times during business hours that connections to internet are getting dropped. A router reboot (which resets all connections) that makes issues fixed temporarily then the next day it happens again.
