Help me understand my iperf results between 2 computers in my network

First Test. Windows 7 Ultimate as client (192.168.1.248) connecting to Windows 10 Nuc as server (192.168.1.190).

Can someone help tell me what this likely tells you? Is there something up with my Windows 7 side, or Windows 10 side?
