Fiber vs Copper to second building

We have a second building roughly 100ft away from our main building that we need a line to. Using Cat7 would support 10Gb up to 100 meters, so this is only a third of that. Cat7 would be cheaper than fiber and it isn't long distance. We'd like to have 10Gb connection between the two buildings. Any drawbacks to having ethernet run between the two buildings?
