Am I hosed with a virus if all my firewall on windows has inbound rules allowing anything?

This is networking related because of the firewall clues... I believe I got a virus. I think it may be from a Unity Asset script. I have a zillion new files and folders from 4/11/18.
Of course once I think I got hosed, I pulled my network cable.

I googled a lot of filenames, but virus writers are clever now and use the same names as common microsoft files. I'm suspicious because a lot of these are powershell and windows nt related.

Anyway, what gets me is that I have several inbound and outbound rules in my firewall that allow anything from any program from any port to any IP. One of which is called: Connect

I used to be a taskmanager and resource monitor ninja on Windows 7, but in Windows 10 they change your system and install new stuff anymore that you can't keep track of it all.

What are some tips with Windows 10 to confirm I have a virus?

I'm right to believe that if I have a bunch of global holes that allow anything in my firewall that is a tip off, right?
