Upgrading call manger broke our ability to dial into VC systems

I had the pleasure of upgrading Call Manager to 12.0.1. Other than being the most time consuming thing on the planet, it was mostly smooth sailing. A few hiccups here and there with the main issue at the time being that after someone transferred calls, the person who received the transfer was unable to hear the caller.

Now the main issue is that dialing into a VC system does not register the end users key selections. As in when they dial in and the systems prompts them for a meeting id, its not registering their key inputs.

Any thoughts on where to start looking for this? VOIP stuff isn't my strong suit.
