Seeking recommendations for a GUI administered full featured layer 3 switch.

Greetings! I am looking for suggestions for a device as mentioned in the title. We’re a MSP looking for a robust switch device which doesn’t require extensive proprietary command line knowledge. Most applications will be 24-48 port. Two SFP would be nice too. Thank you in advance!
