Restrict management interfaces access firepower

I am trying to figure out how you block access to the management interface of your remote sensors on the FMC? I know the settings should be under, platform settings policy > Secure Shell. However, you can't assign a zone to the management interface (under devices > interfaces), your managment interface is not there so you can't assign a zone to it? So how are you supposed to restrict access to the management IP?
