Playing 4K UHD 100 GB (triple-layer) BD over LAN - what are the speed requirements?

I would like to play 4K UHD BD disks (100 GB, triple-layer) over LAN. Wikipedia states this:

100 GB (triple-layer, 128 Mbit/s)

I'm kinda disoriented here. Are we talking about 128 Mb/s (aka 1.2 Gbps, so it requires 10 Gbps switches and CAT7), or 128 Mbps (aka 16 Mb/s, so it requires 1 Gbps switches and CAT5e)?
