Iperf3 testing

Hey guys,

Wondering if you could assist.

I am doing some Iperf3 test from client to server and vice versa. The connection is 200meg. When I do the iperf3 with multiple streams, say 25, I achieve the correct speed. I also set the socket size to be 1meg (-w1M) during this test as well. However, when I use a single stream with a high socket size, I only achieve about 20 - 25meg.

I understand that operating systems operate differently with Window sizing and such, but it there are way I can achieve the same speed with a single stream? Both the device used for testing are Windows 10.
