IOS XR : Timed access-lists?

I can't find any documentation showing timed access-lists are possible on IOS XR and I've gone through the config seeing if there is an option for timed ACL's.

Has this useful feature been removed from IOS XR?

I've also checked if it can instead be done by matching a prefix list via a route policy but I can't see that a timerange is possible on that either?
