Help choosing modem and router. $250 budget.

I'm moving into an apartment in a few weeks and want to avoid the equipment fee Comcast charges, plus whenever I use their equipment I run into a shit ton of problems, I found a few things that I think look good but I don't really know. My thing is I can't tell which will give me faster and more reliable internet I will be getting Xfinity gigabit plan.
