Do you always want to be the technical resource

I have been thinking of late that I want to eventually get out of the late night cutovers, weekend work etc.

Then I was thinking how many of you are happy to be doing this for the rest of your life ?

I have been doing this for a fair while and am kind of at the presales and implementation position but want to eventually get into just doing the consulting and designing and letting someone else implement.

Is this how most of you feel or am I the only one ?
