Can someone tell me if this is a bad alternative to "regular cat6"?

I'm doing some price checking on Amazon and saw a listing for Cat6 and one of the questions that the seller answered said that it was significantly cheaper because:

Thank you for your question. This cable is cheaper because it is Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) rather than Bare Copper, which is a more expensive material.

Is this okay? Can anyone suggest a better alternative? I am looking at this at all because it's 1/2 the price; just wanted to be sure it was okay to buy.

The cable in question: https://www.amazon.com/NavePoint-Ethernet-550MHz-Unshielded-Twisted/dp/B072FR26V6/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1531063137&sr=8-14&keywords=cat6

Thanks in advance!
