As a sysadmin, how can I make y'alls life easier?

So, despite being hired as a sysadmin, I'm the de facto networking guy at my current gig, and as such I know that us sysadmins can sometimes be a pain.
I'm going to another company, back to more sysadmin-y work with an actual networking team, so I just wanted to ask you guys what you'd expect from us to make your life easier. I don't want to be a pain for the networking guys like some of my current coworkers are.
