As part of my Ethics summer course, my professor is asking to interview people in my profession, could anyone respond to my worksheet?

Basically my professor wants me to ask someone in the field what types of ethical issues that you have come in to contact with. I need 1-3 people to share some ethical issues they have dealt with in a descriptive story or paragraphs. You don't have to share anything if you aren't comfortable with it, but it would be a big help!

Here are the questions I have to answer about your story.
