Hello everyone, I have just started working at a new company which primarily uses startix switches. I have been tasked with mapping out the network and in doing so I need to be able to access the device settings. The problem is one switch that i have been trying to access is possibly on an older firmware and displays a login page rather than a pop-up login bar. Along with this entering anything into the login page does nothing, either the page freezes or nothing loads. Does anyone have any idea how i would access this switch WITHOUT resetting to factory.
