IT Governance: Can Policies and procedures solve the problem? Final Year Project Research Questionnaire help

I am looking for someone IT professional individuals currently working within a Networking or Cyber Security related IT organisation to help me fill in a questionnaire for my BSc Final Year Project Research Questionnaire.
