I have a question... It's on the VOIP side of things.
The goal was to make a Translation pattern in CUCM for PLAR emergency phones. (They pick up, it goes to the front desk badabing badaboom someone's hurt call an amberlamps).
When I tested in my office I set 9999 as the DN for the theoretical front desk. I created partition "EMERGENCY_PHONES_PT" and a CSS "EMERGENCY_PHONES-CSS" then I created my translation pattern to pick up and go to 9999. I MAY have forgotten to put in the CSS on the translation pattern and it was set to <none>, I realize this is a big no-no already.
What happened next... I tested my emergency phone and WOOOT it worked!!! But then I started getting e-mails. All of our phones were down. They would work for maybe 30 seconds and then drop and re-register.
I have idea's as to what happened but I can't wrap my head around it as all phones are assigned to their own CSS... So even if <None> was going to my translation pattern, it shouldn't have affected them. Does anyone have any idea's?
