Four Gigabit WAN Connections: Recommendations on how to maximize this?

Hey guys. We've been approached with a challenge I never expected to deal with.

I work for a small business. We currently have a single 20/20Mbps fiber line. However, in the coming weeks, we are going to have 4 Google Fiber (gigabit) connections coming through. Ideally, we would like to reduce the complexity of managing 4 separate drops, and utilize services across those 4 connections.

Do you guys have any recommendations on hardware for this kind of scenario? Our budget for this project is fair, but we are a small business so we can't break the bank like an enterprise might be able to do.

Thanks for any help you guys can give us!
