Can't figure out why my Palo Alto route is not routing to the next hop?

So if I wake up tomorrow and this isn't working, I'm probably fired.

The issue is, we can't access our BGP Peers network. I can see the route their advertising, but we can't get to it. The route instead goes back to our L3 switch (the lan) instead of out the directly connected interface to our BGP peer.

Does anyone know if there is some separate sort of routing table that overrides the normal routing table kind of like PFR on Cisco?
