I have done some research and found recommendations for PIA and IVPN and others that sound like single client anonymized internet access use case. My use case is a bit different. For a small company with several people on the road, we would like to have a VPN with a static external IP address, and our 30 employees to be able to connect to it from wherever they are. This should not depend on a physical device in our office, it should also work when our office network is offline. The idea is to whitelist our VPN NAT ip address on services we use outside and have firewall control over, and for people working from an internet cafe to only be able to access once logged into the VPN. So all traffic should get routed from client to vpn provider and then come from there to the actual service.
What would this be called and how do I find a secure reliable provider with reasonable pricing ?
