Help Forcing All Traffic Coming Into OpenVPN Server To Exit Connected Client (Instead of Exiting Server)

Below is how I'd like traffic to travel

OpenVPN Client2---->Net---->OpenVPN Server--->Net---->OpenVPN Client1---> Google.com

When I'm connected on Client2 and am trying to access things on Client1's private network everything works fine, but when I access the internet the traffic exits the server instead of the other client. I'm unsure if I need to make a route in iptables or if what I want is something OpenVPN related. Thanks
