We have APs all over Asia and the controller is located at Netherlands. Switches go down at the sites sometimes when the UPS fails and the APs will not join the controller after the power is back on. APs and Controller dont have a problem - since the UK APs dont have this problem. DHCP configured APs. They are connected over an MPLS tunnel. Latency is within CAPWAP prescribed limits. No firewall blocking any ports. Upgraded WLC software to 8.0.152.0, still no improvement.
The APs just sit on the controller in a not joined state. After a shut and no shut of the interface they join without any issues.
Please help. I'm a complete noob with wireless - and enterprise networking in general.
