vlan show 1Gbps on 10Gbps trunk

Hello,

First off here's the layout.

<QFX5110><----10Gbps---><Carriers Equipment>------><----10Gbps---><QFX3500>

This is in the same datacenter but because our end rack is upstairs we couldn't do a direct XC. They have Q in Q configured between there equipment so we can pass vlans between our routers.

Now when I check the speed of the trunks on both of my routers, it's 10Gbps. But when I check the speed of the vlans between these 2 routers it shows as 1Gbps. This is causing librenms to alert it's using 90% of it's capacity but the capacity should be 10Gbps as it's a 10Gbps link?

Any idea why the vlan is showing 1Gbps
