Cisco Aux female rj45 port -> Serial female rj45 port that required db9 converter

I had this cable once, but it was lost. And now I'm trying to remake it. But I can't figure out the right order.

Is someone able to help?

What I'm trying to do is use the Aux port of a Cisco router and connect it to Patton router serial or Zhone modem serial port, so I can configure those devices remotely using reverse telnet from the Cisco router.

I would really appreciate your help.
