My boss is big on metrics. Besides the usual stuff like uptimes and traffic numbers that you get out of your network monitoring solution, what network metrics do you collect that are actually useful?
My plan is to grab the stuff that my NMS isn't getting and chuck it into a MySQL table - and using grafana for dashboards and analytics. Anything else I should be looking at?
